Join us for a culinary experience in our Classic Vinaigrettes workshop, where you'll learn the secrets of creating and utilizing delectable vinaigrettes to elevate your dishes to a whole new level. In this demonstration-type class, Bri, from the Snuck Kitchen, will unlock the key components of crafting balanced, mouthwatering dressings that perfectly complement a variety of salads, vegetables, meats, and more. From classic to innovative blends, you'll gain confidence in your ability to whip up an array of vinaigrettes that will impress family and friends.

What to expect:

  • Unlock the key components of crafting balanced, mouthwatering dressings that perfectly complement a variety of salads, vegetables, meats, and more.
  • Sneak peek into our hydroponic greenhouse, including discussion on how we grow and what is fresh on the farm right now.
  • Learn how to make four vinaigrette recipes, recipes included.
  • Take home a bag of SNUCK greens and four sampling vinaigrettes.
  • Appetizer and salad meal provided.
  • Class-created vinaigrette based on inspiration from the evening.
  • Enjoy a beautiful evening at Snuck farm.

The majority of food used for this class will come from Snuck Farm and other local farms and artisans in the community. 

Only one person per ticket.
